When you register, we collect the details you provide in the form:

• Your name — to identify your booking.
• Your phone number — to contact you about your registration and the event.
• Optional notes — anything you choose to share (e.g. skin concerns or questions).

We do not require your email address or location, and we do not collect more than is necessary for the workshop.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never collected or stored by us. We only receive confirmation of a successful payment and a transaction reference. Razorpay’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

• To process your registration and confirm your seat.
• To contact you with details, updates, or changes about the workshop.
• To respond to your questions or requests.
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only where necessary:

• With our payment processor (Razorpay) to complete your transaction.
• With trusted service providers who help us operate the event, under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

We keep your registration details only as long as needed for the workshop and for any legal or accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are encrypted and handled by Razorpay; the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data appropriately.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Razorpay checkout may set its own cookies necessary to process your payment.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This workshop and site are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please register only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
