Last updated: 17 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in the Self Makeup Workshop by Sheetal Mukhida. By registering and completing payment, you agree to these terms.

1. The workshop

The Self Makeup Workshop is a hands-on, in-person session led by Sheetal Mukhida. It is scheduled for 12 July 2026 (Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Hive & Thrive Studio, Jamnagar. Details may be updated; the organizer will communicate any changes to registered attendees.

2. Registration & seats

Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. A registration is confirmed only after your payment has been successfully received and verified. Submitting the form without completing payment does not reserve a seat.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. We may decline or cancel a registration that contains incorrect or fraudulent information.

3. Fees & payment

The seat fee is 999 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

4. Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop; in such cases, registered attendees will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Arrive on time; late arrivals may not be accommodated and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Bring your own makeup kit and any items communicated by the organizer, if applicable.
  • Follow the instructions and reasonable directions of the organizer during the session.

6. Health, safety & allergies

Makeup and skincare products may be applied or demonstrated during the workshop. You are responsible for disclosing any allergies or skin sensitivities in advance and for patch- testing products as needed. Products are used at your own discretion and risk, and the organizer is not liable for any allergic reaction or skin response.

7. Code of conduct

We are committed to a respectful, inclusive environment. The organizer may refuse entry to, or remove, any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without a refund.

8. Photography & intellectual property

The organizer may photograph or record the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify us otherwise in writing. All workshop content, materials, and techniques remain the intellectual property of Sheetal Mukhida; you may not record, reproduce, or commercially redistribute them without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer’s total liability arising from your registration or participation is limited to the amount of the seat fee paid. The organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Force majeure

The organizer is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or venue unavailability. In such cases, a reschedule or refund will be offered.
