Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the ₹999 seat fee for the Self Makeup Workshop. Please read it before completing your payment.

1. Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel your registration, the following applies based on when you notify us:

  • 7 or more days before the workshop: full refund of the seat fee.
  • 3 to 7 days before the workshop: 50% refund of the seat fee.
  • Within 72 hours of the workshop: the seat fee is non-refundable.

Alternatively, you may transfer your seat to another personat any time before the workshop by notifying us in advance with the new attendee’s details.

2. Cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer

If the organizer cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund of the seat fee. If the workshop is rescheduled, you may attend the new date or request a full refund if the new date does not suit you.

3. No-shows

If you do not attend and have not cancelled in line with this policy, the seat fee is non-refundable.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to request a refund or transfer

To request a cancellation, refund, or seat transfer, contact us using the details below. Please include the name and phone number used at registration and your payment confirmation ID so we can locate your booking quickly.
